  20. I use it all the time.... I seem to get more 28.8 connects with it
  21. than with my USR Courrier V.Eerything when calling my local ISP....
  22. NEVER have a problem making a connect.... as for the "speaker
  23. remaining on", I think what you are hearing is the power supply/ground
  24. noise from your ▒12 volt power on your motherboard.... the speaker is
  25. still connected to the amplifier, the input to the amplifier is shut
  26. off, but the power/ground noise gets amplified and that's what you are
  27. hearing.... a GOOD power supply, such as those from PC Power and
  28. Cooling would "probably" eliminate that.....
